44 triplex villas. Construction began on land of 20.000 m2. by Mehmet Topay İnşaat Ltd. Sti. at April 1998.

Total contsructed area was 10.080 m2. and included swimming pool, small golf area, basketball and volleyball fields and children’s play area.

The villas’ foundation and concrete structure were completed from Mehmet Topay Insaat Ltd. Sti. and the interior works were completed by the owners.
