The two villas, owned by Sheila and Anthony Knight from Ireland, have been constructed on plots of 550 m2 & 588 m2.

The construction was started at the end of November 2006 after receiving the building licence ( dated 24.11.2006 and number 95, 96 ) issued by the local authorities.

The building was completed to a high standard with the swimming pools, the garden landscaping, utilities etc. over a period of approximately 6 months and delivered the client complete with habitation licences issued by the local authorities ( dated 08.06.2007 and numbers 35, 36 ).
